Manufactured according to the SAE 100 R5 C standard, which defines specifications for medium-pressure hose systems.

Design & Build:

• Inner Tube:
  Constructed using black NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), which resists oil and is suitable for carrying lubricating fluids.

• Reinforcement Layer:
  Reinforced with a single layer of high-strength braided steel wire over a yarn braid. This provides strength and pressure resistance.

• Outer Cover:
  Protected by a braided cotton yarn cover, which offers basic abrasion resistance and flexibility.

Temperature Range:

Works efficiently in environments ranging from -40°C to +100°C, suitable for both cold and hot operating conditions.

Typical Application:

Ideal for medium-pressure oil lubrication systems, particularly used in diesel engines in railway applications.
